  • מנהיגות וניהול במצבי קיצון וחריגות – מנהיגות בארגוני חירום, מנהיגות ופסיכופתולוגיה (ADHD), התבוננות בהפרעות ופתולוגיות כמקדמות ומסייעות לתפקוד במקום עבודה.

  • צמיחה פוסט טראומטית ובחירה תעסוקתית – אירועי משבר כמקדמים שינוי בקרב מתבגרים ומבוגרים.

"שנת הנמר" – התמודדות של הורים עם מחלה קשה של ילדם, צמיחה פוסט טראומטית ובחירות תעסוקתיות חדשות:

 

קרנות מחקר

  • פרס הרקטור לחדשנות מדעית תשפ"ג (ניתן לפרופ' רוני גבע, מנחת הדוקטורט במחקר Strategies for improving decision making of leaders with ADHD and without ADHD in combat military context ) על התרומה לשיפור תהליכי קבלת החלטות מנהיגים ומפקדים. המחקר הציג כלי יישומי חדש לשיפור החלטות מפקד להבטחת חיי אדם, והציג לראשונה בעולם, יתרון למפקדים עם בעיית קשב (ADHD) בקבלת החלטות מיטביות באמצעות השימוש בכלי. המחקר פורץ דרך בכך ששינה את הפרדיגמה בהתייחסות לאנשים ולמנהיגים עם מוגבלויות בחברה.
